2、感恩节的来历要追述到美国的发端，在十五世纪，由于来自马萨诸塞普利茅斯的早期移民，对英国教会的宗教改革不满足以及受到压迫，这些移民决定脱离英国教会，乘坐知名额“五月花”号船，迁居到大西洋彼岸的土地上，而这片土地正式现在的美国。
